Constantinos began his career as an electrician — building a deep, hands-on understanding of how buildings are wired, powered, and controlled from the ground up. That foundation led him into the world of building automation programming, where he spent years designing and engineering intelligent systems for some of the most demanding projects in Cyprus and abroad.
Over the course of his career, he has worked across the full spectrum — from small residential installations to large-scale commercial and hospitality developments — gaining rare expertise that spans both the technical and the human sides of smart building delivery. He also served as Product Owner at one of the leading GRMS manufacturers, giving him deep insight into how the best hardware is designed, built, and integrated at an industry level.
What drives him is simple: a genuine passion for technology and a belief that intelligent buildings should be the standard, not the exception. Comfortable living, energy efficiency, and beautiful design are not competing priorities — when done right, they reinforce each other.
In 2025, he founded SmartVibes Limited with a clear vision: to bring that expertise directly to building owners in Cyprus. To help them create spaces that are greener, more comfortable, and built for the future — using the best technology in the world, installed by people who truly understand it.
